If an authorization failed prior to an order submitting, here is what you should do.
For Domain Renewal Orders:
- Log in to your account.
- From your domain portfolio, select your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Billing & Renewal.
- Review your credit card information. If necessary, make changes by clicking Update Credit Card. When finished, click Save.
- If your scheduled auto-renewal date has not yet arrived, we will attempt to automatically re-authorize your card for the renewal payment and send an email confirming the outcome of this attempt. If you do not receive this email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
For New Domain Orders and Pre-Orders
Please update your billing information and contact us to confirm your updates. We can then confirm the status of your order.
